Upcoming Fun in Beautiful Wildwood!

Here a few exciting highlights for the coming Months!

Cheer Tech Island Championships | November 1

On the first day of November, head over to Wildwoods Convention Centre (just a quick trip from our cozy hotel) for a day of action-packed cheer fun. Attendees will witness cheerleading competitions at the recreational, school, college, open and all-star levels, all of which will be beautifully choreographed and performed on a 54’ by 42’ spring floor. A small admission fee will be charged at the door. Don’t miss it!

‘Burn the Bird’ Boardwalk 5K Turkey Trot | November 28

On November 28, burn off all those Thanksgiving calories with Burn the Bird, an annual 5K run presented by the South Jersey Triathlon Club. Registration for this awesome event begins at 9:00am at the Wildwoods Sign (at Rio Grande and Ocean Avenues), just a short distance away from our hotel. Don’t miss this awesome chance to work up a sweat and have fun doing it. More information can be found here!

Hereford Inlet Lighthouse Christmas Tree Lighting | December 4

While Easter seems like it was just yesterday, another Christmas is already just around the corner. In the Wildwood region there’s no better way to get into the spirit of the season than attending the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse Christmas Tree Lighting. In addition to a dazzling tree lighting, this event will also feature live music, cookies, hot chocolate, and appearance by Santa Clause himself. The perfect event for guests traveling with children, it is not one to miss. The fun begins at 5:30 at Hereford Inlet Courtyard.
